New Customer Checkout
Placing an order with store.churchhealth.org is quick and easy. New customers can check out and create an account at the same time, or they can complete an order without creating an account. We recommend creating an account since once you have an account, you'll be able to:
- Shop and check out faster on your next visit
- Receive updates on special offers, events, and new products and services
- Retain items in your Cart
To make shopping faster, we save account-holders' credit card and billing address information securely, as well as your shipping addresses. However, if you do not want us to save any of your credit card data, you can uncheck the box to save your credit card information on the Create an Account page, and we will not store your credit card data or your credit card billing address to your account. You will have to reenter this information to make your next purchase.
Placing an Order Online
Add Items to Your Cart
To shop at store.churchhealth.org, just locate an item you'd like to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. These buttons are usually found on the bottom right side of product pages and search results pages. Clicking the button puts the item in your Cart. Each time you click "Add to Cart," the page will refresh and display the newest item in your Cart, as well as previous additions, items of interest, and a link to "Checkout."
The Cart displays all the items you have selected and lets you make adjustments. You can increase or reduce the number of copies you'd like to buy, or remove items from your Cart. It also provides a subtotal -- before any shipping charges and taxes are applied -- for your purchase. Once you're comfortable with the items in your Cart, click the “Update” or "Checkout" button.
Proceeding to Checkout
All customers are taken to our Checkout page after adding items to their cart, where returning customers can sign in to their accounts and new customers can complete their orders. Click the Checkout button under the New Customers heading. You will be able to create an account during this process. If you wish, you may also complete your order without creating an account.
Enter a Billing and Shipping Address
We'll ask you to provide a billing address for the order you are placing and ask for your email address so we can send you updates. If your shipping address is the same as your billing, click the checkbox below the billing information that says "Ship Items to the above billing address." Click "Continue to Checkout."
Payment and Shipping Methods
Here you select your payment and shipping methods. Depending on the composition of your order you may be asked to choose a shipping method from a drop-down menu (i.e. UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, etc.). You'll also be asked to provide your credit card information for payment. Store.churchhealthcenter.com accepts MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. On the Payment page, select the card type you want to use and then enter your card number, expiration date, and the card security code (the three digits on the back).
Reviewing and Placing Your Order
You're almost done! On the Review page you'll find a summary of your order, including the final cost. Before you submit your order, you'll also have the chance to change any of the shipping or payment information you've entered so far. When you are ready, click "Place My Order" to complete the ordering process.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive the wrong order or if your materials are damaged in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 901-701-2311 within 14 days of purchase so we can replace your materials immediately.
Returns will only be issued within 14 days following the date of purchase. All materials to be returned must be in original condition and include a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase. We cannot guarantee a return if the receipt is not included. Returns will not apply to sale or clearance items.
After contacting us to notify us of your intent to return, please mail your product with a copy of the receipt to: Church Health Resources, 1350 Concourse Ave, Suite 142, Memphis TN 38104. We will not be able to cover return shipping or issue refunds on shipping costs unless your order is incorrect or damaged. We suggest using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. We will keep you as updated as possible through this process.

All lapel pins have a one-year warranty. All claims after a year of purchase will not received.
Your Order Number
Finally, we display a page with your order number, which you can save for your records; a link to "View Your Receipt," which will provide a printable version of all the details of your order; and a "Sign Out" button. Shortly after this page displays, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.
Creating an Account
If you're a new customer, you'll be able to create an account at any time to make your checkout experience conveniently faster. Click "Create an Account" on the right hand side of the main menu at the top of your screen. Provide your name and email address, create a password, and select a security question and answer. When you're done, click "Create."
Returning Customer Checkout
If you've shopped with us before and have an account, Checkout lets you store default shipping and billing information and place orders quickly.
Don't feel comfortable ordering online?
We can send you an invoice through our online store for you to either pay by credit card online at your convenience, or to pay by mailing in a check. Call us at 901-701-2311 or send us a message with your shipping address and requested items to receive an invoice. Orders will not be shipped until we receive payment for the invoice, so please plan accordingly if you need the ordered items for a deadline.
Paying by Phone
If issues arise online or you would like to pay with a check, call us at 901-701-2311 to complete your order over the phone.
Fulfillment for Digital Products
For these products, you will be sent an email after Checkout with a link and easy-to-follow instructions on how to download those products as soon as payment is processed.
A Bulk Order is an order for 10 or more copies of the same title produced by Church Health. Some Church Health items have discounts available at bulk. If the product you would like to order does not have a bulk discount option you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery Times, Shipping Rates, and Tax Information
We ship out all resources from our store in Memphis, TN on Monday and Thursday mornings. Depending on what shipping method you select, the resources should arrive within 5-7 business days of ordering. If this not the case, please check the tracking number you received with your order confirmation, then if your issue is still not resolved, contact us via email at email@example.com or phone at (901) 238-6393, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If your order is time-sensitive, please call us as soon as possible to guarantee that the order will be delivered on time.
USPS and UPS are the carriers that we use to ship our resources. The rates are determined by the weight of the package and the distance that it will travel from our store in Memphis, TN. Each rate is decided by the specific carrier that you have chosen and shipping timeframes are in effect once the orders are received by the post office on Mondays and Thursdays.
Shipping outside the United States
If your order requires shipment outside of the United States, please select an international shipping option (USPS Priority Mail International or UPS Worldwide Expedited). Church Health Resources is not responsible for payment of import or other cost of delivery fees.
The only customers that will be taxed are those that are located within the state of Tennessee.
In-store pickup is only eligible for customers that live within the Memphis, TN area. If you are coming through the area and would like to pick up some resources at our location, we are more than happy to help. Please call us at 901-701-2311 to schedule a time to pick up your materials.
