New Customer Checkout
Placing an order with store.churchhealthcenter.org is quick and easy. New customers can check out and create an account at the same time; or they can complete an order without creating an account. Once you have an account, you'll be able to:
- Shop and check out faster on your next visit
- Receive updates on special offers, events, and new products and services
- Retain items in your Cart
To make shopping faster, we save account-holders' credit card and billing address information securely, as well as your shipping addresses. However, if you do not want us to save any of your credit card data, you can uncheck the box to save your credit card information on the Create an Account page, and we will not store your credit card data or your credit card billing address to your account. You will have to reenter this information to make your next purchase.

Mail-In Order Forms
We are no longer accepting Mail-in Orders. Too many order forms are out of date as shipping costs are not included, inventory is off, and price points have changed. If you need an invoice or would like to pay by check or cash, please call us 901-238-6393.
We can send you an invoice through our online store for you to either pay by credit card online at your convenience, or send cash or a check. Call us at 901-238-6393 to receive an invoice. Orders will not be shipped until we receive payment for the invoice, so please plan accordingly if you need the ordered items for a deadline.
Paying By Phone
To Order Online:
1. Add Items to Your Cart
To shop at store.churchhealthcenter.org, just locate an item you'd like to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. These buttons are usually found on the bottom right side of product pages and search results pages. Clicking the button puts the item in your Cart. Each time you click "Add to Cart," the page will refresh and display the newest item in your Cart, as well as previous additions, items of interest, and a link to "Checkout."
The Cart displays all the items you have selected and lets you make adjustments. You can increase or reduce the number of copies you'd like to buy, or remove items from your Cart. It also provides a subtotal -- before any shipping charges and taxes are applied -- for your purchase. Once you're comfortable with the items in your Cart, click the “Update” or "Checkout" button.
3. Proceeding to Checkout
All customers are taken to our Checkout page after adding items to their cart, where returning customers can sign in to their accounts and new customers can complete their orders. Click the Checkout button under the New Customers heading. You will be able to create an account during this process. If you wish, you may also complete your order without creating an account.
4. Enter a Billing and Shipping Address
We'll ask you to provide a billing address for the order you are placing and ask for your email address so we can send you updates. If your shipping address is the same as your billing, click the checkbox below the billing information that says "Ship Items to the above billing address."
Click "Continue to Checkout."
5. Payment and Shipping Methods
Here you select your payment and shipping methods. Depending on the composition of your order you may be asked to choose a shipping method from a drop-down menu (i.e. UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, etc.). You'll also be asked to provide your credit card information for payment. Store.churchhealthcenter.com accepts MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. On the Payment page, select the card type you want to use and then enter your card number, expiration date, and the card security code (the three digits on the back).

6. Reviewing and Placing Your Order
You're almost done! On the Review page you'll find a summary of your order, including the final cost. Before you submit your order, you'll also have the chance to change any of the shipping or payment information you've entered thus far, or update your gift options. When you are ready, click "Place My Order" to complete the ordering process.

Your Order Number
Finally, we display a page with your order number, which you can save for your records; a link to "View Your Receipt," which will provide a printable version of all the details of your order; and a "Sign Out" button. Shortly after this page displays, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.
Creating an Account
If you're a new customer, you'll be able to create an account at any time to make your checkout experience conveniently faster. Click "Create an Account" on the right hand side of the main menu at the top of your screen. Provide your name and email address, create a password, and select a security question and answer. When you're done, click "Create."

What is a Bulk Order?
A Bulk Order is an order for 10 or more copies of the same title produced by Church Health. In many cases, store.churchhealthcenter.org can give discounts on orders of this size.
How do I receive a Bulk Discount?
Bulk Discounts are eligible for products published by Church Health.

How do I place an order and what information is needed?
Place an order like you normally would and the discount will be applied to your order automatically. You may input the number of items you wish to add to your cart in the box labeled "Quantity" and the appropriate discount will be applied. You may also change this amount in your Cart. Please note that not all items are available with bulk discounts.

Do Shipping fees apply on bulk orders?
Is it possible to have my order shipped out the same day it is received?
Depending on the day and time of your order as well as where the shipping address is located it may be possible to process your order the same day it was received. Different shipping options are available to accommodate your shipping needs.

Delivery Times, Shipping Rates, and Tax Information
We ship out all resources from our store in Memphis, TN. Depending on what shipping method you select, the resources should arrive within 5-7 business days of ordering. If this not the case, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at (901) 238-6393, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
USPS and UPS are the carriers that we use to ship our resources. The rates are determined by the weight of the package and the distance that it will travel from our store in Memphis, TN. Each rate is decided by the specific carrier that you have chosen.
In-store pickup is only eligible for customers that live within the Memphis, TN area. If you are coming through the area and would like to pick up some resources at our location, we are more than happy to help.Our location is:
